Basic crucifix, Crucifix to inverted thigh hold, Cross ankle release, Basic inside/outside leg hang (both hands must remain on the pole) layout/plank (hand at top)
Types of moves not allowed
Any extreme flexibility move, iguana, one handed handstands, hands only inverted moves, drops, inverts to spins, air inverts.
