This category is open to students, you must not teach/assist or be paid to perform.

You may not enter this category if you can shoulder mount, straight edge or ayesha

Song Length

2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 mins


20 seconds minimum on the spinning pole and floor work

Types of moves allowed

Basic crucifix, Crucifix to inverted thigh hold, Cross ankle release, Basic inside/outside leg hang (both hands must remain on the pole) layout/plank (hand at top)

Types of moves not allowed

Any extreme flexibility move, iguana, one handed handstands, hands only inverted moves, drops, inverts to spins, air inverts.
